Although Ruffian is already lost here, the move that allows CM PS2 to easily find mate is probably 35...b5. In this position, it takes Chessmaster 9000 about one second to announce Mate in 10 on a P4-2.4. Since it is the same engine that we're talking about, I'm certain that the PS2 version did not announce mate in 13 in the above position (especially at the time control that you stated), since the PC version did not announce a mate in over one minute. jm
