Ok Uri, you have a point here. The concept of lie must be debatable. If Frank
thought, with all his heart, what he said, I can agree to not call it a lie. I
don't think Frank is stupid enough to believe this (with all his heart) without
extensive testing, but I won't bet on that.
But if you say something as an absolute true fact ("x is the strongest
winboard program on earth") when you are not 100% sure (or you believe you are)
is a lie. An a very bad professional behaviour.
