Bob said clearly that he is not a moderator, the burden of proof is on your end. I'm more of a programmer and chess amateur than enthusiast -- therefore, I don't know who Fred Wilson (the one you speak of) is. If I never visited Chess.fm, I still wouldn't know. Sorry, it's just not on the same level as "Kasparov" or "Fischer" and the name is very common. Regarding this ridiculous statement: "if a banned person impersonated you and caused economic damage to your name" Obviously you're taking this personally as you say you know Fred, but effective arguments are never made by, "well if it were *you*...". Can you prove his name isn't Fred Wilson? Can you prove he is actively impersonating the "real" Fred Wilson? Can you prove economic damage to the real Fred Wilson? Can you prove that ANYONE but you seems to care about this? I will unscientifically say that more than half the people on the internet are NOT who they claim to be. So get over it. If he is impersonating the real Fred Wilson it will come out in time.
