Subject: Backwards/forwards compatability of Chessbase Engines

Are older versions of Fritz and Family engines compatible with the current
version of the Fritz GUI.

Likewise, are current versions of Fritz and co. still able to work in the older
versions of the GUI, e.g. that presented with Fritz 5.32 or Fritz 6?
