Subject: Wich engine avoids draw after Qxb2 ?

I posted this position not so long ago and it seems Deep Fritz 8 can't avoid
draw and plays Qxb2? wich leads to draw after Qxb2 Rb1 Qa2 Ra1 Qc4 Ng3 Qxc3 Bd2
Qb2 Rb1 Qa2 Ra1 1/2-1/2 ;
Why is that ?
