Hi, usually the value of knight or bishop is about 3 pawns. In endgames one more piece is often better than 3 pawns if the pawns are not advanced. The pawns are easily attacked by the extra pieces and taken away. How to correct this eval mistake? Do I have to handle this special situation (if one side has more pieces give him extra points in endgame) or are there more general solutions?
