Subject: Shredder 8 UCI TWO BUGS

1.  when running a tournament with the UCI engine, it is common that it does not
load, an error occurrs saying it can't load the engine,

2.  the UCI engine does not register it is accessing TB's even though there is
lots of HDD access.
