usually when you play at www.schach.de or playchess.de you have to play
against

fritz8
deep fritz8/7
shredder8/7.04
and very very rarely against h9 or other programs.

from watching the games against fritz8/7 and s8/7.04 i came to the conclusion.

first i tried with h9 in agg+hyp and now i am trying def+hyp.

IMO in both cases h9 with those changes is stronger than h9 and also stronger
the opponents. if my machine would be faster ...

i don't have the target to get the highest elo.
i don't have the target to buy a fast pc to get the highest elo.

it's just that i am trying out the software to find out about it.
and that h9 seems to be more succesful than f8 or s8.

i have not tried on slower time controls 40/40 or 40/120 yet because of the
christmas tournament is running on the other machines.
