Most probably Hiarcs maybe a tie.

Arguments:

1. 60 minutes per side favors the computer since its rapid chess.
2. FRC is especially hard for humans against computers since they can not choose
from a wide and deep opening theory and so it will be harder for them to get the
position out of the opening they need to defeat the computer .
3.) Humans are familiar with certain patterns and can evaluate a related
position quite accurate. These patterns are less likely to occur in FRC or at
least the chance that the position looks familiar but in fact is different is
higher.

regards Joachim

P.S.: It is my personal opinion, that without the advantage in the opening
humans will have difficulties to win a match (but they might still draw it).
