Posting part of the games without mentioning it is not a direct lie so only if you claim that you posted all games and people still do not believe you then you can say that they accuse you of cheating. I think that Sarah only wanted to verify that if you post games you post all of them. I do not think that she meant to say that you were lying about something. Your last question made the impression that you suspect that she posted only part of the games.
