You're right! :-) At least for Austria in total, but Vienna can't really claim
Mozart (of Salzburg), nor Arnold Schwarzenegger who comes from a southern
provence called Styria, and invented himself mainly in California :-)

Actually the Manner wafers came to my mind, when I remembered that the original
Mozartkugeln are of Salzburg origin, not viennese. These are spheres of
chocolate filled with marzipan. I don't know how you call Mozartkugeln. Probalby
not Mozart chocolate balls as it's somewhat ambiguous. :-))

I forgot something important: The first chess automaton "The Turk" was invented
in Vienna. The inventor was born in Hungary.

But artists like Mozart and Falco can't be claimed for a specific city or their
birthplace anyway, because they were european, or international resp., and were
influenced by works of other musicians from everywhere.

This is probably similar in any art, and in chess too.
