If one starts with a "wide" opening book but plays MANY games with book learning
enabled, then eventually the desired tournament book might be obtained.

Perhaps it is best to avoid starting with a "narrow" book because new useful
lines might never be discovered that way.

The trick is to obtain many games in a reasonable amount of time.
