Hi,

All games of round 1 starts at 01.31. 9:00am NY

Last chance to start the match 01.31 9:15am.
If an opponend still waiting in round n (1<=n<=9):
--> after 9.15 he win the match.

The missed participant has a second chance
--> but, only in round n+1. (1<=n<=8)

If the same participant  missed again after
round n+1 (1<=n<=8) 9:15 time border:
--> The participant will be kick off the tournament.

(If there are no opponends for the match --> after 9.15 both lost)
