please, write everybody that they should be at ICC at least 15 minutes before
9:00am NY ! -> Simply because I still think that several of your handles are
incorrect. E.g. Jonny is using JonnyComp and not JonnyX... With over
participants this might need some time to get everything up to date...

I would choose set formula time=45 & inc=10 & computer & !rated
I think as usual all CCT matches are unrated ?
