You can use this method to save the "notation" part of the book.  Normally books
are empty in that area, but if you actually play through the moves in the book
those moves will be saved in the notation and you can save this as a new game
into a database.  Of course, you can't possibly play through all the moves in
something like the Powerbook, so this doesn't resolve your need - you only get
the moves you've actually played.
