You know this problem already Bob - have you forgotten :)?

Thorsten uses the default books, but Crafty won't get the computer command at
the expected time using WinBoard/XBoard, unless playing on a server. I think you
should consider to change Crafty's behaviour as it's unlikely that
WinBoard/XBoard will change theirs.
