If I am in the staff you will see how I would handle these cases. But why dont you believe Bob Hyatt or Mike Scheidl or discuss it with them. I'm just a layman and do not program. As a psychologist I can simply tell you that you are wrong if you set equal a long call with a friend, CL, and dealing with certain persons you view as unfriendly to say the least. And that alltogether while you are in absolute stress. Here you compare beans and apples. BTW that's why I criticised the decisions and also the procedere of these staff people. And with logic I tried to explain why it was wrong: if with his consent for the HEINZ meeting he could have further participated THEn it could have been postponed anyway! No reason to hurry up things. Rolf
