Olithink plays. I don't see a problem with a last-minute addition, particularly if it eliminates the "bye" issue. 2. We _always_ have a "provisional entry" (gnuchessx or tscp or something) "on call" so that if someone has to drop out at the last minute, we don't end up with an odd number of players and the bye problem again.
