Subject: Program error/shutdown

Hello,On serval of My Boxes I am getting the following error Window come up and
say:ChessProgram 8.EXE has encouted a problem and needs to close.  I have been
to Playchess.com and I have the lastest update on all of My Programs. I have
reset the all the Programs back to Factory settings and checked each Program
with a CD-disc check. The Programs that are loaded are:Shredder8,Deep Frit8,Deep
Junior8,and on only 1 Box Fritz8 also. Whats wrong here? What else can I try?
