If so, I would first suspect you have a virus/worm/trojan horse/spyware etc., in memory, throwing a monkey wrench into the system. I'd go to the Symantic website and have it check your system(s). Trying to find out what does NOT cause this crash will help lead you to what DOES, taken step by step. Good luck, Dave
