No doubt about it...it's a winner. Chessmaster 9000, SKR personality on a
P4-2.4, says this:

Time	Depth	Score	Positions	Moves
0:00	1/5	0.87	20583 1.b4 Bb6 2.c4 dxc4 3.Bxc4 a6 4.Bd3
0:00	1/5	1.31	31844 1.Rg4 Kh8 2.e4 dxe4 3.Bxh6

1:26	1/13	11.18	20701070	1.Rf6 Bb5 2.Bxb5 Rfd8 3.R1f3 Qf8
					4.Rxf7 c6 5.Rxf8+ Rxf8 6.Rxf8+
					Kxf8 7.Bd3 Re8 8.Qg6 Re7 9.e4
4:23	2/14	12.84	61481231	1.Rf6 Bb5 2.Bxb5 Rfd8 3.R1f3 Qf8
					4.Rxf7 Kh8 5.Bd3 Qg8 6.R3f6 Qh7
					7.Bxh7 gxf6 8.Qxh6

Additionally, after playing around with some lines, I have determined that Rf6
leads to a forced mate in 13 moves (or less). Nice move!

Here's what I believe to the best line:

1.Rf6 Bb5 2.Bxb5 Rfe8 3.Bd3 Qxf6 4.exf6 Bb4 5.fxg7 f5 6.Bxf5 exf5 7.Rxf5 Re7
8.Qxh6 Rxg7 9.Qe6+ Kh8 10.Rh5+ Rh7 11.Qf6+ Kg8 12.Rg5+ Rg7 13.Qxg7#
