This is something I've always been in favor of. And if anyone wants to use it in
their moderator platform I'll vote for them. Even Rolf.....well on 2nd thoughts
maybe not Rolf but almost anyone else.

Isn't it a bit of a leap to assume the ISP is Canadian. I am pretty fed up of
reading almost whenever a new poster bothers members it's assumed they are
Canadian.
