For instance, someone could say they were going to use a P5 166 and use instead a PII 450. Or they could scan through their database and notice that a particular move has !! but the program they are using chose something with ? and a detailed explanation of why it is bad. Since (for this contest) there w ould be *no* restrictions on the source of the move choice, there would be *no* restrictions on the hardware/software/human intervention used, that sort of cheating would be eliminated [it's not cheating by definition]. But someone could probably cheat on time, by bending 'gentleman' rules. But if someone wants to cheat to win a contest of this nature, I don't see a lot of point in it. It's not like there is some huge amount of glory or accolades that go along with a victory.
