Yes, I has added it to the bottom of file c:\boot.ini. I tried some different
commands: /3GB, bootcfg /3GB, bootcfg /raw "/3GB" /A /ID 1. But none of them
helps.

For example, here is content of my boot.ini file in one try:

[boot loader]
timeout=0
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional"
/fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT2="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional"
/fastdetect
C:\="Microsoft Windows"
/3GB

Thank you,
Pham
