It's irrelevant - did anybody care about DeepBlue running on xxxx processors -
if your issue is a "PC CLASS" championship where everybody runs the same PC --
then it has relevancy.    I believe there are tournaments like that run
occasionally.

Bob has programmed his program to run run 8way and has access to run an 8-way
box -- that's not his problem if somebody else did not and does not.
