Gentlemen,

Your endgame database code is running flawlessly on my system now. Thanks to
Eugene for providing an excellent framework and Marc for doing an amazing job on
modifying this code to get it to work for Gothic Chess!

http://www.GothicChess.org/databases.html will show the progress as I have time
to update.

Some interesting results reported so far:

Two Knights vs. Pawn can mate in 92!

Archbishop vs. Bishop can mate in 72.

Rook + Bishop vs. Rook wins much faster in Gothic Chess than regular chess (mate
in 32 is longest as opposed to mate in 65 for 8x8 chess.)

Queen + Pawn vs. Queen is a killer mate in 269!! That is 537 plies!
