I've uploaded to my web site Averno 0.70, the version that played in CCT6, along with a new book, the book also used in that tournament. I had to recompile to change some default parameters, so please if you experience any problem drop me an email and I'll fix it ASAP. Anyone interested in serious beta testing email me. I mean not just doing a tournament or two with the program. I mean doing a serious and hard work including: - Comparing many experimental versions in lots of games - Comparing many experimental versions in test sets - Searching for bugs or situations where the engine crashes - Searching for positions the program does not understand correctly - Searching for tactical mistakes - Evaluating the efficiency of book learning ... I know that's a lot of work. To be truth I don't expect even 1 person volunteering to do it. The good side is for people who likes to collect rare and unreleased versions of programs.
