It's easy for CSTal because it's programed to play Bxh6 no matter what.  There
is nothing wrong with Qc7.  It's a normal developing move which finally connects
the rooks together.  No matter which Q move you make here, CSTal will still play
the Bxh6 sac in only 3 plies of search.  If that is making plans then I'm a
brain surgeon.  If CSTal can dream then I'm the King of America.  The sac is
purely programed for speculation and requires exact defense by black.  Ignoring
the attack by 20....Rb8 is probably bad.  I suspect that CSTal would also loose
this game as black.  It is an interesting position in which Shredder probably
castled to early.  It certainly made a mistake somewhere but CSTal never dreamed
or planned.  :-)
