I'm not a fan of making the IP visible to the public. Since I have a static IP address, it would be easy for idiots to attack my machine. (not that they'd be successful ;) A slighly improved method would be to show only the first part of the IP. (like 42.84.x.x) Even better IMHO would be to log the IP but only make it accessible to a few persons. (like Steve from ICD and maybe the moderators) Sargon (posted from 127.0.0.1)
