Have you looked at your Internet Explorer settings?  Under Advanced settings
there could be something that is blocking the auto-connect by ChessPartner to
the LokaSoft downloads.  I can't remember the setting exactly, maybe enable 3rd
party browser extensions.  You can also look in your security settings section:
enable: allow access data across domains, navigate subframes across domains,
etc. Other than that maybe your firewall if you use XP-pro
