You may use Scid to do it even it takes more than a mouse-click ;-)
1) Create your own rating file, for instance, my_rat.ssp
in the following format:
-------------------
@PLAYER "., -_*"
Ruffian 1.0.1
%Elo 2004:2750
Chinito 3.1
%Elo 2004:2721
SOS 4 for Arena
%Elo 2004:2682
SOS.3 for Arena
%Elo 2004:2656
###and so on
---------------------
2) Load it into Scid using the Load Spellcheck file command.
3) Create a Scid database with the games you want to assign ratings.
4) Assign ratings (Maintenance Window Ctrl+M, the Add Elo ratings button)
5) Export the database to a PGN file.
