Subject: Suggestion for new PGN header tag : FIDE ID?

I saw that there is a new ScidBase database available (with purchase of a scid
CD), and it got me thinking about the difficulty of keeping databases clean due
to various transliterations of people's names.

So maybe including the ID number (from FIDE or a national organization) would
help?
