This problem occured a few weeks ago when someone posted the same problem on
here.
So if you search a few weeks back, you will find your answers hopefully.
There could be various reasons for this error, some of the newer beta software
uses a newer dll files, which is not stable. The one that comes with CM6K is the
best and most stable at the moment. It is also the one that comes with WIN98.

So maybe you have a new beta dll and that is why it is saying not to load the
older one.

I think the other guy who had this problem just did a re-install of Win98 and
everything was fine.
