CAS 2.5 or 3 should do the trick. This is considered overclocking however. I'm also using PC2700 ram (rated at 166/333) but at low timings (3-4-4-9) it will do 230MHz/460DDR (equivalent of PC3700). All of the settings will be in the bios. If you cannot push your memory higher than the fsb and your fsb is running 166fsb/333DDR for whatever reason you can set your multiplier to 10x and the fsb to 200. You may need to increase your memory voltage as well. I run 2.73v to my PC2700 (2.5v is default). You'll be fine as long as you stay under 3.00v.
