i still have to figure out the best way to tweak this shredder. a spaniard with an overclocked 3200XP just kicked my butt on the cb server running shredder8 against my shredder8 in game thirty minutes. his performance was slower but he came out of the opening much better. his name is Eivisa, mine is PonderON (at playchess.com) i was running the uci version of shredder8 with a 64 meg hash.
