Just put a few things into light though.. When you switch to a 64bit binary you're going to SMOKE. :) Also, when you kick your voltage up and overclock to 2.5-2.7ghz it'll be just that much faster. THEN you will leave my system in the dust by far. I'd follow your lead with the FX.. but uh.. just dumped a load of $ on a new hobby. Out of the computer race for a while. This computer has lasted a year so far... maybe stretch it out another 6 months. Hoping to slap a cascaded freon cooler on an Athlon FX-53 (or 55), 939 pin version, and wait for boards with excellent overclocking options (mainly high vcores). Until then! :)
