Hi Jeff, I am using Scid 3.5 and I can do it by loading a pgn game into Scid
(file menu, open database, select pgn file), and then by exporting to html
(tools menu, export current game, export game to html).

The results I get are an html file that has any of the pgn heading info filled
in and the player moves list (I used 1 move per line), comments, and the result
at the bottom.

HTH's, -matt
