The -xresue is a Winboard/Xboard command and tells Winboard to restart the
engine after each game. Since Winboard does not look at the crafty.rc file it
will not work there and must be given on the Winboard command line. Also crafty
does not know what -xreuse is so you will get an error if you place it in the rc
file.
