You won't find much discussion on eval at CCC.  There are essentially 4 types of
people here:

commercials: don't discuss eval because they value their jobs
amateurs: don't know anything about eval
chess players: have the knowledge, but don't know how to implement it
morons: why would you listen to them anyway
