Yeah, that's something which can be seen quite often these days. Since it's not
a capital crime (dunno whether that's the right term...) there has to be someone
who accuses these companies. But that requires money. The FSF may have the right
on their side, but unfortunately almost no-one who fights for it, and therefore
companies get away with stealing GPL'ed code. (I don't want to know how many
companies illegally make use of GPL'ed libraries in their proprietary systems)
