That's http://smartgo.com .  It's a nice app with a very professional manual and
a good web site.  The beta version I have has improvements compared to the one
you can download, of course.  But I do have a few concerns about the GUI that
I've expressed to the author.  (He's a good guy and works hard and full time on
the program.)
