Hello,
I'm not sure about your question but white was out of book on move 10.  Black's
first move out of book was on move 12 and shows a score of 0.18 which slightly
favors white.  I don't see what you see but I'm not a good chess player.  I see
black is already castled and white can't begin to castle so this looks too early
for anyone to have a huge advantage.
