I got Windows 2003 Enterprise (64-bit) installed tonite. And everything is running well. The Gigabyte motherboard was a bit of a disappointment, so I went ahead and swapped it with an Asus SK8V. It is *much* better. (The VIA chipset is much better.) Crafty is getting, in 32-bit, about 1.8M nps. Now all I need is 64-bit compiler. :)
