Should be a win for white with Ke4. You play the queen side majority pawn until
the black king has to take the last one, then white king snags blacks pawn at e5
and Black is hopeless then. White mops up blacks pawns on the kingside, and
marches his own down for promotion.

1.Ke4, axb4 2.axb4 (any) 3. c5, bxc5 (Kd7, Kxe5, etc.) 4. bxc5, and Black has to
leave his e5 pawn, and the king's side, to White's king to mop up.

What line do you see that only gives Ke4 a draw?
