My experience with Intel 7 and Intel 8 is that the PGO option in  Intel 7
produces the fastest for AMD and other Non P4 processors and Intel 8 (non PGO)
produces the fastest for P4 processors.  This was confirmed by many users of
Crafty 19.10 SE.

The PGO option in Intel 8 does not work for Crafty.
