with pondering == on

1.  base remaining /28 +increment

2.  (time remaining/moves remaining) *2 except at move N

3.  follow above

4.  st=fixed time per move

5.  remaining time/35

with pondering == off

1.  base remaining /35 +increment

2.  (time remaining/moves remaining)

3.  follow above

4.  st=fixed time per move

5.  remaining time/40

on any given move, allow for extra time for a fail low situation ...maybe 3x of
normal time set...
