The player with the white pieces has Fide rating of 2214 and Israeli rating of 2267 amd he did not find that Ke4 is winning during the game and even did not find it in analysis after the game(he felt that he missed a win in the pawn endgame but did not know exactly in what position it happened and after some analysis he came to the conclusion that he probably did not evaluate correctly the pawn endgame). Time control was 90 minutes per game+30 seconds per move. Uri
