Mike, The problem is ethical in nature, and I believe this is where the solution lies. Unfortunately, technology only amplifies one's ability to do good or bad. And while it is very easy to use technology for the wrong purpose (in this case cheating), it is quite a bit harder to do the reverse. But I would still like to see a technological solution that addresses this problem from the standpoint of ethics. I view this as an "end-run" solution to the computer cheating problem. I think there are parallels to be drawn here with the field of computer security. Plug a vulnerability, and someone finds a new one. If you'll notice, companies like MS have gone to offering rewards for crackers. This is an example of what I am saying - although it does not have quite the ethical spin that I'd like. How does one do this? I have a few ideas. Bob
