The problem is ethical in nature, and I believe this is where the solution lies.
Unfortunately, technology only amplifies one's ability to do good or bad. And
while it is very easy to use technology for the wrong purpose (in this case
cheating), it is quite a bit harder to do the reverse.

But I would still like to see a technological solution that addresses this
problem from the standpoint of ethics. I view this as an "end-run" solution to
the computer cheating problem.

I think there are parallels to be drawn here with the field of computer
security. Plug a vulnerability, and someone finds a new one. If you'll notice,
companies like MS have gone to offering rewards for crackers. This is an example
of what I am saying - although it does not have quite the ethical spin that I'd
like.

How does one do this? I have a few ideas.
