The only caveat, is that you will probably see differences in some of the evaluation scores because of things like different kingside/queenside castling bonus/penalties, D-pawn isolani evaluation etc. Still it's very useful for catching odd bugs, especially if you use separate black/white evaluation routines. regards, --tom
