Find the file that you're looking for and convert it to PGN by going to edit--->copy. Then go to New---Database, make sure in the drop down box it says "*.PGN". Then paste in the games in the new database. Once that is done find the database by navigating through your harddisk right click on it and go to "Open with..." and select notepad or wordpad (make sure and do not check "always open as" it becomes a pain in the rear) and highlight all the info and copy/paste here.
